TIGER TIME FEES

| *off rate card visits for special requirements & additional cats are available by request |
| Holiday Periods |

| public holidays - one 35 minute visit only unless medication is required - double rates |
| all other seasonal holidays charged at + 25% |
| excluding public holidays, december 24 - january 2 visits are subject to an additional fee of £10 per day |
| Out Of Hours Visits |

| visits before 7.30am & after 7.00pm are subject to an additional fee of £5.00 per visit |
| Last Minute Bookings |
|---|
| requests for bookings with less than 48 hours notice will be charged at standard rates plus a £20.00 late booking fee |
MEDICATION & VET VISITS
| for cats requiring medication, there is an additional fee of £5.00 per day |
| cats requiring veterinary attention will be accompanied to and from your vet surgery at £30.00 per hour - clients are responsible for transportation or parking costs |
KEY COLLECTION & RETURN
| collection - £10.00 |
| return - £10.00 |
| * no fee payable if keys are collected at initial meeting |
BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS
| a registration fee of £20.00 will apply to all new clients. a 50% deposit will be taken to confirm bookings from new clients |
| all fees are payable in advance |
| written cancellations are free of charge, 14 days in advance of your booking |
| written cancellations received between 8-13 days in advance of your booking will be charged at 25% of your invoice |
| written cancellations received between 48 hours and 7 days in advance of your booking will be charged at 50% of your invoice |
| the full invoice amount is payable if written cancellations are received less than 48 hours in advance of your booking |
| should your plans change ahead of your confirmed dates, Tiger and Wolf will happily amend the first change at no charge. An administration fee of £20.00 will be made for any additional changes |
| if Tiger and Wolf is unable to fulfil your booking, every effort will be made to find a replacement sitter or your fee will be refunded in full |
